Who we are

We are a creative audiovisual studio. Since 2001 we have been telling stories for museums, festivals, institutions and broadcasters, with a team of collaborators that grows with every project.

We work directly with the end client, with no middlemen. You know… too many cooks spoil the broth.

We like to let things simmer so we can discover new flavours, rhythms and emotions.

After working at the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the London Film Festival, she co-founded Morgancrea in 2001. Since 2010 she has focused on projects for museums and interpretation centres.

In the 1990s, after working at the Victoria Eugenia theatre in San Sebastián, I lived in London for four years where I did a postgraduate degree in Arts Administration at City University, and worked at the London Film Festival.
In 1997, I collaborated with the San Sebastián and Malaga film festivals, and produced two film programmes for Universal Studios in Madrid.
In 2001, we founded Morgan Creativos, producing content for Universal, Digital+, Cuatro, ETB… as well as self-produced documentaries.
In 2003 we settled in Donostia and since 2010 we have focused on working for museums and interpretation centres, as well as returning to university, where I’m studying Art History.

I’ve directed documentaries on the world of art and culture: Uhain Berria, DSS2016: Ship’s Logbooks, #jazzaldia50, Berriro igo nauzu, A History of the Zinemaldia, La Zona (The Unnamed Zone), Edward Hopper: the Painter of Silence, A Symphony in Images, Huston & Joyce, Orson Welles in the Land of Don Quixote, Coppola: A Man and his Dreams, Hitchcock: No Limit to Fiction and Traces of a Spirit. These works have taken part in international festivals such as San Sebastian, Valladolid, Malaga and Havana.
In recent years I have specialised in designing audiovisuals for festivals and exhibitions, and in developing new audiovisual experiences.

Our story

2001–2005Film & televisionMorgan Creativos is born in Madrid. Programmes for Universal, Digital+ and Cuatro, and documentaries on Hitchcock, Coppola and Edward Hopper. In 2003 we move to Donostia.
2006–2010DonostiaLa Zona, shot in Chernobyl. Promos and galas for the San Sebastian Film Festival, the Donostia 2016 bid and A History of the Zinemaldia.
2011–2015MuseumsWe start working for museums and interpretation centres: San Telmo, Mikel Laboa, Victoria Eugenia. #jazzaldia50 celebrates half a century of the festival.
2016–2020European capitalDonostia 2016, European Capital of Culture. Comète, Auschwitz, Uhain Berria and Iparraguirre 7.
2021–todayArt & scienceBerlanguiano, the Goya Awards tributes, the Film Festival’s TV channel and exhibitions such as Imagina un Festival, STROM and Visiones cuánticas.
