5. Security and minors
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to information is limited to the people who need it and passwords are stored encrypted.
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, either its own or third-party ones.
Technical cookies (no consent required)
- mtk: Mediateka session cookie. It is only created when a team member logs in and is deleted when they log out or close the browser.
- The Mediateka also remembers a display preference in your browser (for example, viewing videos as a grid or a list). This data never leaves your device.
Content from other companies (only if you activate it)
- Videos: YouTube and Vimeo videos are not loaded until you click to watch them. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo’s “do not track” option, but when you play a video these platforms may store cookies or data in your browser under their own policies: Google and Vimeo.
- Map: the Google map on the contact page is only loaded when you click “Show map”. From then on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge…). If you block technical cookies, the private area of the Mediateka will not work.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
